All of our designs are completed and checked by Chartered Engineers, giving you peace of mind that your home is in safe hands.

TPS provides everything you need to get your project approved and built safely:

Design Drawings – clear plans your contractor can build from.
Structural Calculations – a full package for submission to Building Control and other parties.
Party Wall Support – drawings for use in Party Wall Agreements, if required.
Structural Surveys – reports to support property purchases or sales, often when a building survey flags concerns.

Initial Contact - We listen to your needs and review any plans or ideas you already have. At this stage we’ll advise if you need an architect, or if we can proceed directly.
Assessment - Most projects can be reviewed remotely using drawings, photos, and measurements provided by you or your architect. For particularly complex cases, we’ll arrange an in-person site visit to fully understand the structure.
Design & Calculations - We prepare design drawings and structural calculations tailored to your project. These are suitable for contractors to build from and for submission to Building Control.
Approvals & Support - We liaise with Building Control and other parties, providing additional drawings such as Party Wall documentation if needed.
Construction Stage - We remain available to answer queries from your builder and provide additional guidance to keep the project running smoothly.
