A practice built on detail
TPS is a boutique structural engineering pracice delivering clear, efficient, and design led solutions. Founded in 2018 we've completed over 100 projects ranging from domestic extensions to grandstands. Our experience includes design work on some of the largest projects in London including Greenwich Peninsula and East Village, Straford.
We believe that good engineering is beyond simple calculations. At TPS, our ethos is built on clarity, collaboration, and care - providing structures that are safe, efficient and responsive to the heart of the design.
Thomas Palmer MEng MICE CEng
Founder
Thomas Palmer is a Chartered Structural Engineer with experience across residential, commercial, and specialist projects. Having spent 7 years at Walsh, which included leading the IStructE rising factory N08, East Village development and Greenwich Peninsula, before establishing TPS to focus on smaller scale developments witht he same attention to quality and detail.
Tom's approoach is guided by the belief that the best engineering solutions allow architecture to shine. His work combines a deep understanding of technical knowledge with creativity and practical solutions that serve both the design intent and client needs.
