About Us
TPS is a response to the failure of engineering to be truly innovative and creative.

TPS is a structural engineer freelance company established in 2019 during the height of the Covid epidemic. We deliver high-quality structural engineering solutions which try to extend beyond a traditional approach which includes supporting client's in managing the project and trying to provide alternative to the 'easy' option.
The business started in the domestic space and has now delivered over 100 projects throughout Hertfordshire and Greater London. Since 2023 we have started providing designs for grandstands and specialist parametric design for conceptual models. ​

Founder
A chartered engineer with Institution of Chartered Engineers I have a passion for finding solutions to problems. By building on the shoulders of giants I look try to look beyond the normal for the best approach to problems. I enjoy trying out new ideas and questioning why things are.

I graduated from Leeds University in 2015 with a masters in Civil and Structural Engineering. I worked for Walsh in London for 7 years working to lead award winning projects such as N08, East Village and gaining experience in the residential, commercial, and domestic sectors. I first established TPS in 2019.
I think to provide good solutions to people's problems you need to understand people. I actively travel and split my time between the UK and Portugal.
